About The Jenedino Quinzon Memorial Scholarship
The Jenedino Quinzon Memorial Scholarship Fund offers two $1,000 scholarships each application cycle – one to a FHCSD employee and one to a FHCSD employee spouse/partner or dependent who displays a desire to grow through learning about healthcare or choosing a health care-related field of study and who demonstrates a financial need.
Applicants who are current or anticipated students enrolled in a two-year or four-year college, or a technical or vocational training program in a health care-related program are encouraged to apply.

Self-composed one page essay (Single-spaced 10pt font, 1″ margin) elaborating on how this scholarship will directly impact you.
Self-composed one page essay (Single-spaced 10pt font, 1″ margin) elaborating on why education is important to you and what motivated you to pursue your field of study.
Two (2) letters of recommendation from non-immediate family members (detail of relations required).
Proof of acceptance or enrollment in school/educational institution of study.
