FHCSD Wellness & Fit Thumb
Our mission is to inspire and support you and your family feeling your best, so that you can live your best every day! As an employee you can choose to interact with your FHCSD Wellness program – by moving to an interactive online wellness platform, Fit Thumb.
Fit Thumb will hold all the information for participating in our programming, such as free webinars, free exercise classes and other opportunities to help you on your health and happiness journey.
Reach 36
Each month, staff have the chance to earn points for wellness activities to earn points. By earning 36 points, staff can earn the FHCSD Wellness credit for the following month.
FHCSD Wellness Credit
Staff who are enrolled in, and actively paying premiums for, their FHCSD medical benefits can earn $50 a month (split among two pay checks) credit toward those premiums for the following month. The criteria to earn the credit is if staff earn 36 points a month.
New Employee?
New employees will be emailed instructions on claiming their FHCSD Wellness Fit Thumb account within their first 30 days.

Follow these instructions to claim your account:
- Go to website: fhcsd.fitthumb.com/user/home
- Click “+Need an account? Click here”
- Enter your unique enrollment code based on the first three letters of your first name, the first three letters of your last name and your date of birth as (MMDDYYYY).
